Selling Contracts for deed

Are their investors buying Contracts for Deed? I have 4 well seasoned contracts that are relatively small that I need to sell to raise cash. The buyers credit is not that good but he has paid me 88 timely payments and still has 46 to go. total face value is approx. $37000. Can anyone recommend a source for me to sell these?
