Thanks. I just talked to my note holder and he said the same thing. He's currently looking into restructuring the note and selling it. What If I paid off the note with my own short term money. Could I make a note for the property and offer it to an investor? Basicly I would be asking someone to take 1st position mortgage on the property. I would assume points could make it interesting with an investor.
