Not sure if this is doable. I have a married couple that are looking to purchase a home in Phoenix. The property is $150k. They have 550-600 credit scores, long time on job, two car loans never late, a couple 30 day lates witin the last year on cc;s. BK 6+ years ago.
Can a note be created and sold on this deal?
