Hi there Ray, just wanted to throw this question to ya now as I will be attending your full day course on this upcoming Thursday in Ohio. Where are the best commercial opportunities in the next 12-18 months, and what is the best way to finance these? I look forward to meeting you in person in Cincy and hope you can address this question either here or in the talk!
