I am trying to sell a 12 unit apartment building. The buyer has a 722 fico and high verifiable income. The buyer is able to put down 10% MAYBE close to 15%.
Are there any lenders out their that would allow me to hold a second, not a dummy second?
The buyer is not too focused on the interest rate but she aggresively wants to buy this income property.
The property price is $280,000 and has a good debt coverage ratio and $39000 net income.
