That's the exact topic I plan to cover in great detail! I'm looking forward to it.

For those who may not know about it, I'm giving a one day workshop at the Ohio REIA Convention & Expo in Cincinnati on Nov. 5. Last I heard registration was closing in on the cutoff. My room holds 100 people, but there are other workshops running concurrently. Details are at http://oreiaconvention.com/pre-convention-workshop.asp.

Doing the research for a workshop like this always makes me a smarter investor, and I sincerely hope you get as much or more out of the workshop as I have in preparing for it. We're going to cover all property types, how to analyze local markets to identify the best opportunities, and the "new normal" of financing.

I've been around this biz long enough to be considered a grizzled veteran, with the scars to prove it. This is my sixth recession, and while history doesn't repeat itself, it often rhymes. Some of the best stuff I have to share is from the eighties and nineties. The names have changed, but the game is the same.
