Beginner Question - Mr. Alcorn

Hello Mr. Alcorn. I am a beginner Real Estate investor looking for some solid advice. I'm asking because you have much more experience than I do. Do you feel as though I should start with Residential Real Estate or is Commercial real estate possible? I would love to get your course soon. Residential Real Estate seems like a lot of work/stress for small profits. If there is a better way for a beginner please let me know. Thank you so much.
