Thanks for your response. First the grant is for a 4-plex on a specefic lot. The lot was owned by my partner and he lost it to the bank, it is now REO property. I have a deal with the bank to acquire this lot and package it with the grant for sale. It is not currently under contract. I have to market this lot as the grant is lot specific.
