I'm in the boat of not being able to even think of the whole LEED certification thing. I am just putting it out there as to what investors who own smaller commercial properties (esp 5-20 unit buildings) are doing. A lot of the incentives don't apply, but maybe I'm not seeing the full picture. It seems more incentives are for big business, not us small guys.
Btw, nice meeting you briefly in Ohio. We chatted ever so briefly during Ray's presentation.
