Case:

A Secretary / Treasurer for a local golf course writes and signs six of her NEXT six months payroll checks [post dated by month]

The day after she writes them, she cashes ALL of them at a local bank.

She also pays her daughter from the time she was 13 t0 15] $100 + a week for 'fixing the computer' but the daughter never signs the checks. The mother signs them all into her own checking account.

Is this fraud?
