I was let go by my former employer because they said I committed fraud by posting 2 $87.50 money orders that were non-refundable deposits on an apartment (they never moved in). The 2 non-refundable deposits would normally be mailed to a company called Sure Deposit with the clients paperwok (they never filled out) & once with Sure Deposit would be put into my companies account. I didn't know what to do with these 2 money orders so I put them into a resident's account that was having trouble paying her rent. Is this fraud or just a bad decision?
