Can you tell me what would happen if you signed someone's name to a loan document, but the loan got paid back the following day? I believe the girl did it to win a competition. She worked for a corporation, does the corporation take care of the matter or do I have to? The girl quit, and I don't want her to get into anymore trouble. What can the corporation do? It was just for a 50.00 payday loan, and she paid it back the following day. SO what options does she have, can I stop any of the process?
the DM keeps saying that it is FRAUD.
