We have answered people who call and say that we market/manage properties that investors own. This takes it away from us if we don't like a prop. and we don't have to listen to a seller whine as much when they don't like our offer.
In the past props were held in our name. Our atty has recommended and we are now going to hold in LLC name.
Can I still say that we manage properties for a fee or how can I say I'm prop manager or equivalent now?
Also I still want callers to believe we work with investors.
