I was looking at the previous forums trying to find a similar situation as mine but I couldn't find one with all the same issues, so I'm going to ask for advice.
My partner and I purchased a house two years ago and we want to sell it in order to move. We just found out through research that the property was never deeded to us, and acording to the recorder in our state (Oh), the previous owner (seller) is not listed, but is listed on the auditor's site. Have been unsuccessful in contacting the seller and I am concerned we may never to get rid of this property.
