I've always heard things come in 3's. Well this has been my week.....
First (Lose One)--my buyers on my very first MH have disappeared. Six months and they just disappeared into the night (Ryan N. you were so right,6 to 9 months when they tend to leave). Now I have to deal with getting the title back in my name (the buyers are on title with my LLC as lien holder).
Second (Fill One)--I recently purchased my 4th MH, I have several potential buyers I'm currently screening. One small issue is some unfinished repairs, did I mention my Handy-man disappeared into the night. Yelp, you guessed it my Handy-man was my first Buyer.
Third (Gain One)--I made a bid on my 5th MH, this one I'll consider my first real Lonnie Deal. I'm very excited, I already have a Buyer ready for this one!!!
For all you sitting on the fence pondering doing that first deal---Just Do It!!! All this in a week and I'm still having FUN....Life is full of obstacles (opportunities) deal with them (learn from your mistakes). Remember you're either a Doer or a Dreamer. I can't wait to see what's in store for next week.
