Can I collect late fees if I've sold the paper?

I am selling paper on two mobile homes I own and sold on
contract. The people who live in the homes have gotten behind
on their payments and have piled up some big late fees. Even
though I've had a right to take the home back, I'm instead
selling the paper to another party who will then take over
collections and be the security interest holder. Do I still
have the right to try to collect late fees that are already
owed on the contracts, or does that right go away when I sell
the paper?
