I sit down and rough drafted your repair list.I see $4500 in repairs , and this is if you do the work yourself.If you hire out most of it, your looking at $8000 in repairs..I have been doing these things for over 20 years, buy wholesale parts, and I can walk thru one and tell you within $300 of what the repair cost will be.That could go abit high or abit low, but its all in the ballpark.
