$200 carpet
$65 paint
$500 furnace replacement if need
$1650--central air
$40 faucet
$100 toilet in a box--lowes or homedepot
$200 flooring in other room
$160=lighting-trim
$75paint outside
$600 for mobile home leveled
$85-sink and faucet install
$200 misc....
Maybe your looking at window units--layover flooring.ect.
