I have had quiet a few moved, some over 100 miles..... set back up and tied down....its no problem for a mobile home transport company..They come in,disassemble it, take it back into 2 sections, move it and set it back up,trim it out and you wil never know it has been moved.......as long as your owner financing it when it is moved no problem, if your customer tries to get a FHA loan on it, it will not pass because the home has to be set on the original lot as a NEW home and not moved.., just one of their perks.
