Darrell, I have done this type of swap many times. Anne and Tony both gave good advice, I'll add this; copy the model number from your existing gas furnace- have it handy when you place your order and by the way - flanges that adapt from coleman to intertherm or vice-versa are available.
At my local distributor a 200amp panel w/main breaker costs $90. a 15kw furnace $438, coil cabinet $28, adapter flange $18.
