I've been lurking here for a while and have gotten a lot of great info. I'd like to get more active here over the next couple months, so I figured I'd go ahead and start now.
I'm seperating from the Air Force in February and moving back home to Hudson, North Carolina where I'm hoping to get into real estate investing. I see a lot of folks from NC posting here, and I see that Ryan is in Morganton which is very close to where I'm headed. I'm curious if anybody else is doing business in the Morganton-Lenoir-Hickory area and if so are there enough deals in the area to support another investor?
