My market has changed too. It is not as predictable as before. I sell an average of 1.2 homes/mo. (Anybody want to buy 0.2 of a home?) Usually I sell a number of homes in September, this year, zero. BUT, I sold four in October!
I think people will be in a holding/waiting/adjusting pattern for a little while longer, maybe 2 yrs. After that, we will see what we expect.
