My downsizers were 2 families who moved from really big homes into the largest of our doublewides- for some reason I can fill the doublewides before they are even done, it's the singlewides that stay empty. One family bought a 5-bedroom doublewide that is a fantastic home- they lost their $200K house to foreclosure and consider themselves to be "camping out" now. They have a good attitude about their downsize. The other family is struggling emotionally with the move.

I'm looking for more doublewides all the time.
