I searched the archives, but did not find an answer so maybe someone out there can help. We purchased 2 different older (1985) mobile homes with land in texas. One through a realtor and one from an individual. We did not receive a title to either. Should we have a title on these? If you are purchasing just a MH in Texas w/o the land do you get a title then? Thank you for your help.
