SAFE ACT

It seems to me the SAFE ACT is going to kill lonnie deals. The more I have read on this it seems there is no way around it. Do any of you have any ideas about it? Has anyone else really checked into it good? The only thing I can think of is to do lease options. Any input would be great(especially Tennessee folks). Thanks
