Hello,

I'm pretty new to this site, and it was pointed out to me by an acquaintance that it was a good resource for learning about real estate. He cited that mobile home parks / apartments with section 8 were his favorite, so here I am, looking for advice.

I am 21 years old, and will have about 40k in my SEP-IRA pretty soon, money that I will be able to use to invest. With that money, is it wise that I invest in mobile homes / mobile home parks? Timewise, I can commit anywhere from 10-20 hours a week learning about the business. My goal is to be worth a million dollars by the time I'm 30, so I don't think I want to be stuck doing lonnie deals forever - just enough to build capital to invest in mobile home parks / apartments.

That said, what kind of resources should I look into? I heard Deals on Wheels is really good, anything else? Does anyone have any information on where I could get Ray Alcorn's Dealmaker's Guide to Mobile Home Parks? I haven't seen it anywhere after a google search.

Thanks for your time

Darius
