Thanks for the posts guys. I think I am going to have to wait for the extension. Unfortunately, you cannot give any kind of credit or rebate to a buyer. I lowered the price a bit but unfortunately, the credit is more valuable than $8,000 when it comes to selling the house. Most buyers in that price range are going FHA so I will just have to wait for the seasoning period to be over.
