Hey there,

I am thinking of selling a rental to my tenants. They want to buy it but don't have the credit. They have the income. Can I do a lease to own or are they illegal? Also, if I prove they have paid on time for so many months, can I sell the loan? Not sure what the laws are now. If anyone has done this please give me some info.
