I have found 14 acres of Farm ground for sale in Central, Illinois and am uncertain how to proceed with financing. The property is being auctioned off by the County with 10% due the day of the auction and the balance in 30. I haven't purchased "land" before and was curious about the options available as it appears this land can be turned into a viable subdivision and is located directly off of a main artery State highway.
