Looking for a Hard Money Lender in the Philadelphia Area. Ive been on craigslist and other places looking and cant find a real / true hard money lender. When I lived in South Florida a year ago I used Equity Max Inc. and they lended purchase price on all my deals, I used my money for rehab. Looking for the same in the philadelphia area.
