btw: A better question I have for you is what are you doing for permanent financing here in chicago land area? I'm buy and hold but having a hard time holding because there are no local banks doing investment property loans (commercial loans) and I am over the 4 property limit so I can't do conventional.
Was curious if you had a good bank source.....
