I have a apartment complex that has 68 units class "b" I have owned it for 10 yrs and I need to re-fi it now. I'm not able to go thru normal sources due to a poor credit report at this time (prior to last 2 yrs I have had a 790+ score for 24 yrs) The units are worth about 60000 a door they were appraised by Mar & Mil for 4.3 million 5 yrs ago.My loan is due in 3 weeks I need some help in re-fiing or willing to sale at a discount or hard money for a conduit loaN. jeff 678 414 0776 leave a message i'll call right back

In my opinion the land is worth more as commercial property then apartments. But the apartments make the payments
