"When Terry called me to sign me up for the St. Louis workshop, I had just had an offer accepted on a property. I had no idea how I was going to finance it. I just figured if it's a deal the money will come.

I asked Terry if he could point me in a direction, and he suggested I call Ed Garcia, since lender financing was his expertise.
