Mentors are expensive and give no guaranties and unless you have a learning disability to can research and use common sense and save yourself thousands. There are many on this site that make lots of money selling their books and courses. Use good common sense and get your feet wet. Learn from your setbacks and mistakes. These are the cost of educating yourself in realestate investing. Start small so you can afford the education period. You will have good and bad deals, this is with anyone. Good Luck! Do It!
