I am just learning. If I find a property in my area in pre-foreclosure or foreclosure, I would go to the owners and find these things out. If your in to this where you are purchasing online site un-seen, aren't you buying a pig-in-a poke? Again, just asking for info. I do buy and sell properties but not in the foreclosure market, yet!!
