There is a lot of great reading to be done on this site regarding how
flipping works and which properties are good for flipping.Your information about the property doesn't indicate that it is a deal
for anyone, let alone an investor. In most cases, a condo is the last
thing an investor is looking at today. Not that there can't be deals on
condos, but most condo's do not make good investments.Valuation needs to be as far away from a guesstimate as possible.
Your exit strategy--knowing the type of buyer you will sell it to and
for how much--has to be figured out in advance of making an offer. In addition to reading all the articles on flipping and checking the many
good threads in the archives, there are plenty of books to get you
started. Then if there is something that you are really interested in
getting more training in there are the RE courses sold here.
