Home insurance to flip the property?

I did an offer by phone for my first time investment (SFH REO) and should now to see the agent to set up the papers. I am planning to do a little work and to resell this property ASAP. Anyone pls advise, should I care for home insurance from the day one or there is another way existing to manage this kind of deal?
