It's all in how you manage your money, not how you make it. I can make money much faster flipping properties than I can keeping them for rentals.
Those who makes responsible decisions with the money they make flipping will be wealthy quickly. Those who choose to go for long term rentals will also be wealthy, but it will take a lot more time for them to get there.
I'm pretty sure my thinking is in the minority, but I hope that my comments and yours will stimulate further discussion on the topic.
