It's really to the B's benefit to be able to prove his timely payment of all payments to Seller so this can be a win-win for both of you.
Cheapest and easiest to set up special bank "collection" account (at your bank)with its own number and have B make his pmts directly into that account, keeping a receipt for his pmts thereby made.
