I've got some rentals that I accumulated very cheaply over the years.
The last few years I'd say they're down 40% or so from where they were
at the peak. A rough way to wealth if I may say.:} At this point I
wonder if I'll see those peak prices again in my lifetime.And then there is the question of whether you really make any money
after the repairs, damages, advertising, legal fees, taxes, insurances,
etc etc. And I own my free and clear. I don't envy the newer people
who are paying a mortgage.Ben
