Hello,
New to the board here. so appreciate any insight from the pros. I have been thinking about getting a real estate salesperson license in TX to buy and sell my own property / and home and wonder if you might know the following:
1) Does anyone know which brokerage offers the best splits? what are they typically?
2) I was thinking about deactivating and activating my MLS / brokers license as needed to save on fees. I don't buy property every year or even couple of years... would a realtor be receptive to this?
3) Are brokers interested in taking on a part time realtors only buying and selling their own property? What should I look for in a broker?
