Well, living off of net income and feeling the burden is a way different
thing! Glad to hear that's the case. Even though reduced income is no
fun. It would be more manageable without dental bills, though. Even
with the best dental "insurance" if you or family really needs anything,

As for vacancies: I was wondering about the doubling up phenomena.
Is that where the tenants are really going, or are they leaving the area
all together? I do understand that certain neighborhoods will never
attract those that feel that they are a downgrade. They'd rather live in
something smaller in the right neighborhood. You'd probably do the
same thing, no?
