I agree with some of the comments on the article. Rather than the residents put so much time and money in taking him to court (obviously didn't work for the mortgage companies), organize a neighborhood watch led by the "Men" of that neighborhood and watch it turn around overnight.
Unfortunately no one wants to be revolutionary with their changes. We're trying to get some of the residents of Newark to do the same thing here. But it's easier to blame the rich and government. Not that they're NOT to blame but these people go home to their clean safe neighborhoods to sleep so who's REALLY responsible here?
