Remember -- Low Ballin at Year end... With Holiday Cheer


Banks like to clear out old REOS at :

End of Month
End of Quarter and
End of YEAR

And the Hat-trick of all three is upon us and closing fast...

On the Friday after Turkey-day when everyone else is out for Black Friday Special You should be too...

Low ball the REO listing that you want and make ALL CASH offers if you have the cash and make sure to set you closings prior to Dec 29th.

I snagged some really good deals at Year end Last year and have had GOOD success at low ball offers accepted at end of Quarter most of this year as well.
