Of course a MH on Nor Cal land is gold plated. It's in gold country in
the golden state. Old MHs in parks here in my coastal town sell for
$250-400K. Yucky condos are more. Cross over the mountains and
you can buy an MH in an average park in Bakersfield for Fresno or
Sacramento for $50K....with minimum park rents of $350-400.

It's all location when it comes to rural CA. Some of the poorest
counties in Nor Cal have the most expensive real estate. People from
Michigan (and Ohio) have the hardest time adjusting to the pricing
here. I know we did.
