You are Correct. Condo Asc. are advised by their attorneys.
1. Attorneys don't make money unless they file lawsuits
2. Attorney are NOT the best business people
3. Attorney's could care less about what position the asc. are in with the banks, liens etc. They just want to PUSH paper around because...that's how they make money.
4. Good legal advice doesn't always equate to a good business decision (not according to lawyers these days).thanks for chiming in....
