Thanks Rick for the answer. Heard you are doing better. My brother must have missed Kristine's comment at your seminar. I may not have understood clearly-an associate of a friend of a friend (I wont be able to contact him) stated you had stated at the Innovest reunion that working probate estates was a good way to go-again I could have misunderstood the comment. I understand your comment and the advice from the book about adding "value" by problem solving-I am not exactly sure how to do that when I dont know the first thing about probate and I work full time. I do have some friends who backed me in some deals years ago and will back me again. So what is it in Probate that I can do (cant lend money) in your experience so I dont waste a lot of time and money. I was contacting p.r. with full powers and while I was offered some r.e. they wanted full price and even higher than the actual value for all cash, quick close offers. I didnt mind though, I know it is a numbers game so I just continued sending letters and calling when I could find the phone numbers. I am not complaining just need some direction here so if you wouldnt mind telling me what I should be doing it would be so appreciated. If you would please explain your comment at the reunion (again I could have misunderstood the friend) in detail again it would be very much appreciated. My email is not real since I received so much junk. Thanks again and good to hear you are better:)
