probably have to go to magistrate court and file papers to have them served for a hearing. If you are awarded cash judgement by the judge at the hearing you can attach any wages they may have to get your judgement. check with magistrate's office. someone there should be able to point you in the right direction and what the laws are in your state. good luck!
