I purchased 2 courses - one from Carelton Sheets and another from a company called Nu-Way. I am still at a loss, due to not completing the Sheets course, does this really work?
The other course I lost thousand of dollars basically to pay for the services of a PAS, that gave me 90 days to purchase and close a property, it never happened.
I want to to flips for the 1st year of my investing career. I have tons of information and am currently taking courses, I would like to flip a property in the next 45 days, is this possible in this market, please advise.
