Sounds like you need to overcame fear and get your feet wet. Fear is the biggest robber of success. You can flip properties in 45 days if you buy right. It sounds like you have a lot of informational resourses. Start small to get your feet wet and learn from any mistakes. Don't try to make a killing on your first flip.
